Independent Living Skills Trainer
Job Description: Independent Living Skills Trainer (ILST) position within an organization serving adults with traumatic brain injury and other physical and/or neurological impairments. Independent Living Skills and Training (ILST) services include assessment, training, and supervision of, or assistance to, an individual with issues related to activities of daily living and/or other instrumental daily living skills such as meal preparation, budgeting, and medication management.
Experience: Dependent on current Department of Health Qualifications as well as experience completing assessments of ADL/IADL’s, developing a comprehensive service plan, and teaching individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury, disabilities and/or seniors to become more functionally independent.
Education: Dependent on current Department of Health Qualifications
- Minimum requirement is an Associates Degree with 5 years experience

Salary: Based on education and experience ($21-27per hour)
